About Eve Oliveira
Eve Oliveira’s journey into yoga began over 14 years ago, driven by her desire for strength and mindfulness to better manage the physical demands of her job as a complementary therapist. Yoga soon became a transformative practice for her, physically, emotionally and mentally.
Eve is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 900 hours of training in Hatha, Pregnancy, Baby and Children’s Yoga. She completed a 200 hour YTT in 2014 and a 500 hour YTT in 2019.
Eve’s classes are a blend of mindful movement and breath awareness, focusing on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where practitioners have the freedom to explore different poses according to their abilities and at their own pace.
Outside the Yoga mat, Eve loves traveling, reading and spending time with her family. Eve strongly believes that Yoga extends beyond the mat and into every aspect of our lives.
