Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Yoga classes, workshops, one-to-one sessions, complementary therapy treatments and services provided by Eve Oliveira.

By booking a class, session or treatment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings

Appointments and classes may be booked through Setmore, directly with Eve Oliveira, or through any booking system used by the business.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Payments

Payments may be made by:

Stripe
Bank transfer
Card payment
Cash (where agreed)

Payment may be required in advance or may be taken at the time of the appointment.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Treatments

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will normally result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Exceptional circumstances and genuine emergencies will be considered at the discretion of Eve Oliveira.

Yoga Classes, Workshops and Courses

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to cancel a Yoga class, workshop, course or one-to-one Yoga session.

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is given and space is available, clients may be offered the opportunity to transfer to another class.

Requests to transfer bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice are normally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exceptional circumstances and genuine emergencies will be considered at the discretion of Eve Oliveira.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies, refunds, credits or transfers may be offered at the sole discretion of Eve Oliveira.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

The full appointment fee will still apply.

Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before receiving treatments or participating in Yoga sessions.

It is important to inform Eve Oliveira of any changes in health conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, recent surgeries or other circumstances that may affect participation in Yoga classes or complementary therapy treatments.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the suitability and safety of treatments or classes.

Complementary Therapies

Complementary therapy treatments are intended to support wellbeing and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes or results from treatments.

Yoga Classes and One-to-One Sessions

Participation in Yoga classes and sessions is voluntary.

Clients are encouraged to work within their own abilities, listen to their bodies and take responsibility for their own wellbeing during classes.

Any exercises, movements or practices that cause pain, discomfort or concern should be stopped immediately.

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe and professional services, participation in Yoga classes and complementary therapy treatments is undertaken at the client's own risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.

Gift Vouchers

Where gift vouchers are offered:

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.

Courses, Workshops and Events

Specific courses, workshops or special events may be subject to additional terms and cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
